Reco Jefferson is a self-made entrepreneur, technologist, and U.S. Air Force veteran, currently serving as the CEO of Roughnecks eCom, an innovative e-commerce company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Born in Mississippi and later relocating to Philadelphia during high school, Reco’s journey is defined by resilience, self-education, and an unshakable drive for success. After serving in the military, he earned his degree from Penn State University, then worked as a software engineer, before launching his own business. With a deep passion for automotive culture, technology, AI, and performance, Reco blends strategic vision with hands-on technical experience. Outside of work, he’s an avid road racer with the SCCA, a horror/action movie junkie, and a spontaneous traveler. He is also committed to mentoring young people in underserved communities and one day hopes to open a school that inspires real change.
