From building cars in his garage to building a thriving e-commerce business, Reco Jefferson’s path is fueled by curiosity, grit, and passion. As the CEO of Roughnecks eCom, Reco has transformed his love for tech and innovation into a platform for business success. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, he earned a degree from Penn State University and began his career in software engineering. His entrepreneurial instincts led him to launch Roughnecks, which continues to scale under his leadership. Reco is a car enthusiast and active SCCA racer, known for his obsession with Formula 1, horror/action films, and perfectly buttered movie popcorn. He regularly mentors local youth in Philadelphia, aiming to uplift future leaders through education and inspiration—with a long-term vision of founding a school rooted in opportunity and impact.
